Baking for family and friends has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child I learned independence, confidence, and innovation in the kitchen. Baking is a love that transcends age and culture.

When it came time for my children to gain some baking independence, I reflected on my own start in baking. I realized not much had changed in the last 2 decades. My goal became finding products that taste amazing, use high quality ingredients, and a product that even beginners can enjoy.

When I could not seem to find all the things I was hoping for, I started to teach my children a new lesson. Just as with baking; the possibilities in life are endless!

I set out to make them their own mini kits. This became a popular idea with kids but also to spread fresh baked love with those who had specific dietary needs or flavor preferences. Adult parties turned into bake a sip and kids birthdays now have a practical activity.

After so much love was shown to the kids kits, I decided that the adults should have just as much fun gifting and creating. Our full-sized true custom flavor line was born!
